On December 8th, the 1st annual San Francisco Tweet Drive will be celebrated at the Klout HQ in SOMA.
By donating one NEW, unwrapped toy you can join us in giving back, sharing a few drinks, and enjoying the holiday season with San Francisco's top social media professionals, entrepreneurs and social do-gooders.
We'll have some terrific giveaways courtesy of Social Media Club. Also, you are more than encouraged to get into the holiday spirit by rocking that ugly sweater you secretly love!
All collected toys will be donated to local Bay Area organizations serving under-priveleged children and families.
What is Tweet Drive?
Tweet Drive is a global social good initiative in more than 50 cities around that world. Headquartered in New York City, Tweet Drive is dedicated to giving back to children around the world through social media and the holidays.
San Francisco is proud to host its first Tweet Drive event in 2011 and we are joined by terrific organizations such as Klout, Social Media Club, Collective Good, the USA for UNHCR and more to soon be announced!
We are also advocating for the USA for UNHCR's Blue Key campaign this year to give back to children refugees all around the world! If you would like to purchase your Blue Key to unlock the doors for the children we can't see this holiday season, you can make a donation above!
